Before making a booking, please consider the important information below, our payment options, cancellation policy and terms and conditions.
If you wish to proceed, please complete our on-line booking form and medical questionnaire (if joining either our Detox / Weight Loss Program).
Once you have submitted your booking form and medical questionnaire we will try to get back to you within 2 working days to confirm your place.
Once availability is confirmed, you will need to pay your deposit within 7 days to secure your place.
You need to complete the medical information form before your booking will be accepted. Chiangmai Detox reserves the right to reject a booking when it is considered that a fast is inappropriate for a specific health condition.
If you are taking the contraceptive pill, please be aware that you may need additional barrier contraception for 4 to 6 weeks after the fast.
If you are an insulin-dependent diabetic (Type I & II) we recommend that you do not undertake a complete juice fast instead you may wish to join our Rejuvenation (healthy eating) program.
Anyone with major chronic illness should consult with their GP before attending. In certain cases, we may ask for a letter from your GP to say that you are well enough to attend our detox program.
Detox retreats are not suitable if you are pregnant or breast feeding, because toxins released by the body during the detox can cross the placenta or be passed on through the mother’s milk. You may instead wish to join our Rejuvenation (healthy eating) program.
However, if you are trying to improve fertility (both men and women) then a detox is one of the best things you can do in preparation, ideally 3-4 months prior to trying to conceive!
A 50 % Deposit is required within 7 days of availability being confirmed. Please note, your booking will not be secured until your deposit has been received.

All credit card payments are processed through PayPal. PayPal is a secure on-line credit card payment service, used and owned by E-bay. It is a simple, easy and extremely safe method.
Please note, credit and debit card payments will incur a 3% surcharge to cover PayPal’s processing and finance charges.
Transfers are to be made in Thai Baht. Please note, we will not be liable for any charges accrued as a result of the transaction.
Bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis. It is advisable to book early as our retreats are popular!
Your remaining program balance will be payable upon check-in (prior to the commencement of your program).

If you opt to bring Traveller’s Cheques for payment, we recommend that you bring large denominations. As we are unable to exchange TCs at our resort you will need to visit an Exchange Bureau and they will charge you a fee to cash each cheque! Please note, your program balance will be exclusive of any exchange fees.
We are unable to accept credit cards at the resort so if you wish to pay your balance via this method you can either pay using PayPal (3 days prior to your arrival) or you will need to visit an ATM / Exchange Bureau to withdraw the balance before your program begins.
We reserve the right to cancel / delay the commencement of your program until your program balance has been received in full.
If, for any reason, you need to cancel your booking, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Less than 4 weeks before your program start date: We regret that we are unable to refund any amount.
Between 4-8 weeks prior to the start of your program, we will refund 25% of your deposit. More than 12 weeks before your program begins: we will refund half of the deposit you paid.
Deferral of a booking: We aim to operate a fair policy and will be happy to defer your booking to another available date if you are unable to make your planned program. 2 months notice is required for this plus an administration fee of 1,000 Thai Baht.
We operate a ‘NO REFUND’ policy in the event you fail to check-in on the date booked / you terminate your program early.
